Project Manager
CITRUSDEV – international technology offshoring company with R&D facilities based in Kiev, Ukraine. We are looking for an Project Manager who will join our team for long-time cooperation.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in IT project management, including all aspects of process development and execution;
Proven experience in process development and process workflow;
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment;
Team management experience;
Problem solving attitude;
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project;
Define resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery;
Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team;
Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the project;
Conduct project presentations and compile reports;
Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions;
Report project progress/status on a regular basis to company management;
Support to members of your team through information sharing and peer to peer learning;
Conducting 1 on 1 meetings with the team members
Write сlear and transparent Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

Knowledge and practicing of Agile methodologies;
